- Wheatflour- 100gm
- Maida- 100gm
- Black Onion seeds(kalounji)-4tsp
- Desi ghee-1tbs
- Butter
- Salt
- Water
Method:
- Make a dough with wheat flour, maida ,salt,black onion seeds,desighee and water.
- Take small balls and roll to make paranthas.
- Apply butter and cook on the tawa.Serve hot.
