- Pulp from 6 large fresh mangoes
- One tsp elaichi(cardamom), powdered
- Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
- Water
Method
- Blend together all the above ingredients for about 1 minute in a food processor or blender.
- Mix in water depending on the consistency of the juice you want.
- Chill. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
