Plain Lassi
Ingredients
Thick curd-3 cups
Ice cubes-3-4
Salt or 3 tsp sugar(depending on if you want sweet or salty lassi)-1 tsp
Water
Method
Crush the ice cubes in the blender.
Add the curd, water and salt/sugar.
Run the blender for about 1 minute.
Serve chilled.
