Ingredients:
- Fresh Boondi Khari (salted)-1 cup
- Curd/yoghurt whisked nicely, chilled-2 cups
- Pomegranate seeds -¼ -½ cup
- Fresh mint leaves torn -8-10
- Cumin powder -½ tsp
- Sugar -½ tsp
- Red chilli powder-½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method: - Whisk the curd well.
- Add cumin powder, sugar, Red Chilli powder, salt, mint leaves and mix nicely.
- Just before serving add the Boondi, pomegranate seeds, and mix well.
- Serve immediately with parathas or vegetable biryani/pulao.
